3. How fast can we get delivery of Ultrasound Parts?
Same day shipping is available on most of our parts if they are ordered by 8:00pm EST.
4. What information do you need when ordering a replacement part?
To order replacement parts, you will need the manufacturer model and part number. Our staff is trained to ask additional questions needed to identify your needs. We are available from 7:00am PST to 8:00pm EST. Also, our warehouse is fully stocked and parts are available to ship overnight to any site in the nation.
5. Can I replace just the Print button on my Sequoia?
What can sometimes seem like an easy fix may involve replacing a larger part. This is such an instance. The Print button is part of a larger user interface and must be rebuilt. We do that here in our Medical Repair Services Department. We have these in stock and you can replace your user interface within a day if that is what you need!
6. What are "high failure items" on the Acuson Sequoia?
Items that start to fail on a Sequoia can be the PIC Board, the MX Board, CSD Board, RDP Board, MO Drive, IOV Board, power switch, power supply and the user interface. You should also consider the potential failures of your peripherals, such as monitors, which are a high failure item.
7. Why not go with the OEM for parts or technical support?
